When you apply, we collect your email address, your site URL, your niche and target countries/languages, and the metrics you self-report (domain authority, domain rating, monthly traffic, spam score). We also record whether your site ownership check passed and the notes an admin makes while reviewing your application.
Once you're a member, we store the posts you put on the board, the replies to them, the links you have given and received, and your messages, since those are the core of how the board works.
If you choose to continue with Google, Google tells us your email address and basic profile details such as your name. We use your email address to create and sign in to your account. We never receive your Google password, and we do not access your Google mail, contacts or files.
Membership is free while we are testing, so we hold no payment details today. When paid membership starts, we will keep a record of your subscription status and your Stripe customer reference. Your card details go to Stripe and never reach us.
Your information is used to run the verification process, show a site to other approved members if you choose to show it, operate the marketplace and messaging between matched members. We don't sell your data, and we don't share it with anyone outside the service providers below.
Your sites are hidden from other members by default. Other members can see a site, and that you own it, only if you have chosen to show that site, and you can change the choice for each site at any time. The choice is enforced in the database, not only in the pages, so a hidden site does not appear in the directory, on your profile, in the feed or in conversation labels.
Administrators can see every site, because they review applications and reports. What you post yourself is not covered by the setting: a page you put on the board, or offer a link from, names that page to the members who see it, and the other member in a link you give or receive can see which site it is on.
Supabase hosts our database, authentication, and file storage. Google provides sign-in if you choose Continue with Google. Resend delivers transactional emails (verification updates, accepted offers, new messages). Cloudflare Turnstile checks that signup and report forms aren't being submitted by bots. Stripe will process payments once paid membership starts. Apart from Google, which handles your sign-in under its own privacy policy, none of these providers use your data for anything beyond running the service on our behalf.
We use cookies set by Supabase Auth to keep you signed in and to complete sign-in, including when you continue with Google. We don't run advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
You can update or remove your listing details from your account at any time. To request a copy of your data or have your account deleted, contact us using the details on the Contact page.
If this policy changes in a way that affects how your data is used, we'll notify approved members by email before it takes effect.
